The AutoSeal® FD 2092 utilizes pressure seal technology for processing cut-sheet and continuous pressure seal forms in a mid-volume production environment. It is capable of processing up to 30,000 forms per hour and up to 400,000 forms monthly.

The FD 2092 utilizes a bottom air feed system for continual loading of cut-sheet forms. A high capacity 3’ outfeed conveyor and combination rollers are standard features. The high capacity outfeed conveyor reduces the number of times the machine needs to be unloaded, and the combination fold rollers increase overall durability. Numerous standard and custom folds are accurately and consistently folded with the manual fold setup and fine-tuning adjusters.

All of these features make the FD 2092 a powerful and efficient solution for automating and processing checks, invoices, PIN notices, tax forms, marketing collateral or any other mid-volume mailings that are produced on a one-piece pressure sensitive mailer.
