Employees enter information through the TA7000’s keypad, by swiping a magnetic stripe, bar code, or proximity badge. Employee feedback is provided through audible accept/reject tones and displayed messages. When in Supervisor mode, the TA7000 allows for the recall, correction, or deletion of employee time entries by date, time or employee number. The terminal can control access to restricted areas by schedule and/or department on an individual basis.

With this feature, companies can lock out tardies and early birds, force late arrivals or early departures, and control punches by time of day, week and more.
